studio S.E.E.

a creative wellness lab by Sylvia Hadnot.

Growing from Sound, Energy, and Embodiment, Studio S.E.E. is a place where wellness and creative vision meet. It’s a studio for movement, energy healing, and mentorship; and a laboratory for ideas.

Bridging yoga, energy work, entrepreneurship, and community design, S.E.E. helps people connect with their bodies, their purpose, and the planet.

Rooted on Earth,

growing with you

At studio S.E.E., practice becomes possibility. The resonance of Sound, the flow of Energy, and the wisdom of Embodiment weave together to support whole humans and thriving communities. What begins on the mat or in session extends into daily life, informing how we relate to our work, our relationships, and the Earth itself.

Through yoga, reiki, creative mentorship, and community design, S.E.E. offers pathways to healing and empowerment: for your body, your purpose, and the wider world.

Yoga

Strong and soft practices that invite you to find balance between power and rest. I love yoga as both a philosophy and a practice. It keeps me grounded in this wild world, and I’m honored to share it as a tool for clarity and connection.

Reiki

Energy healing rooted in the Usui lineage, offered as a practice of deep reset and renewal. Reiki has been a doorway for me into trust and flow, and I hold it as a gentle invitation back to your own natural state of balance.

Mentorship

Guidance for entrepreneurs, leaders, and creators ready to align their work with their embodiment. Mentorship changed my life, and now I get to walk alongside others as they bring their visions into form without losing themselves in the process.

Creative Communications & Marketing

Storytelling and strategy that sustain movements, rooted in community and creativity. I love helping purpose-driven brands grow without burning out, creating language and campaigns that feel authentic, alive, and aligned.

Community Building & Program Design

Support for designing programs, gatherings, and ecosystems where people feel connected and empowered. For me, community work is about building living systems: structures that nurture belonging, creativity, and collective resilience.

Digital Design & Visual Artwork

Clean, intuitive design that honors both function and feeling. I see design as a kind of translation: together, we can turn vision into form so your work not only looks good but feels alive and aligned.

This can look like brand assets, websites, or visual art projects: zines, posters, and creative pieces that carry the soul of your work into the world.
